Sustainability
The energy efficiency of buildings is a necessity for planning and building control and legislation under Government guidelines. We have considerable knowledge and experience in implementing Code for Sustainable Homes and the replaced Eco-homes assessments and utilising sustainable building methods.
We partner local companies that provide SAP and Code for Sustainable Homes Assessments and can organise this on your behalf taking away the complication of achieving the requirements needed.
Community Projects
We have had involvement with a number of community projects in the local area, sometimes even helping out without charge if the organisation is a charity and has limited resources. We give free advice on our services and we are always willing to help where there is a need.
The scope of the work has included everything from planning and building regulation submissions for new build community shops, refurbishment projects to existing village halls, new restroom facilities, new community hall projects, early year’s nursery projects, children’s play parks and recreation areas and BMX tracks.
If you would like some help with your project but have limited funds we would be pleased to help. Grants have been available to help get these projects off the ground and we can also help to source these if need be.
