We bought our house with planning permission for a two storey timber clad rear extension, little did we know this was based on an unrealistic floor to floor height that wouldn’t work. We employed Simon at Elevation One to re-submit the planning to raise the roof height and to insert some new windows on the side elevation, which he successfully did after negotiation with the local authority.
He also submitted the Building Regulations for us and organised the timber frame from a company that he knew and had used before. We were extremely pleased with Simon’s input and efficiency of delivery on the parts of the project that he helped us with, and we would recommend him to anyone thinking of having an extension to their home.
